Broken LCD Display

Hi one day I was with a girl from my class that I really had a crush, we "were" best friends and I was with her phone then the phone fell into the floor and the LCD Display was apparently fine when appeared all of a sudden 5 really thin lines of "dead" pixels and she was really mad at me, I told what to do and that I would help her in whatever I could but she doesn't talk to me anymore and it's been 3 months since then. And now she sometimes

P.S: I am a teenager with no money at all to buy her a new phone and the phone is working (with the 5 thin lines) and the phone isn't a touch or something else it's a normal phone.

Please could anyone help me?
