Yes, they have a right to know. If they did not know, myself and most other people would definately call that cheating, and everyone can agree that cheating is one of the worst things you can do in a relationship.

There are alot of people who have polyamorous relationships. They just happen to keep it private from their friends and colleagues. You're not doing anything illegal by having lots of girlfriends, and as long as you're not lying to them or hurting them, then I personally see no problem with it. Nontraditional? Polygamy is probably the most common type of relationship throught history. The other is a religious ritual, it has nothing to do with love. People being forced against their will to do something is bad, at least in my opinion.

Of course I care about their feelings, as I said before, I'm not some pimp or something, I am in a real loving relationship with all of the women I am with. Just like any relationship between two people, they are free to break up with me and find another man as they please; I'm not forcing them to be with me. I am serious with them, and they are all responsible. I really am in love, with every single one, I would never experiment with people emotionally in such a serious matter as love.

Polygamy has nothing to do with romantic love as well, because commitment and trust are it's major components. You should probably use another word to describe your relationship with these women.
