lots of lube lots and make sure that you are in a comfortable position. i find that doing it misionary is the best for me w/ my legs up thats how i eased into it. foreplay to will help and you really just have to try to relax and have him go at a pace thatis good for you. drinking helps somtimes to lol

Use a lot a lubrication.

The most difficult part of anal sex is the initial penetration. If the penis pushes on the anus instead of penetrating, it causes a lot of pain. Usually, it's a lot easier if a toy is inserted first. Buttplugs are perfect for this because you can leave it inside and do something else. During this time, the anus gets more relaxed and ready for something bigger.

Go very very slowly. Don't expect to do it fast like in a porn movie, especially the first times.

Its good to have music on in the background. Its relaxes you if you pay attention to that, and not what's down there. Its also good to use lotsa lube. Vasoline, Ky, etc. Some on the condom/penis, and some in the ass. It'll hurt a bit at first..

Afterwards, you'll sit and walk a little wierd, but that'll do away in a few hours - days. >_>;
BTW- Anal sex doesn't really do anything for the ladies.. Well, not me atleast.

ill explain what at least i mean when i say its a great orgaism. Just becouse you dont have a pressure point in that certained part of you body does not mean you can't recieve pleasure from it. I had my first orgasim during anal. Everyone has there own weaknesses

Vaseline should NEVER be used as a lubricant.

Vaseline, and other petrol based lubricants such as "Baby Oil", will burn the latex which condoms are made of. These oils also form a coating inside the vagina and rectum which then become perfect breeding grounds for bacterias.

For anything sexual, water based lubricants such as KY are safest choice.
