Well are these signs?

i will make it as clear as possible

i go to colledge and always see this guy, we always stare but then he igorned me. and now he act different again towards me, like he will look at me in the eye and stare / smile.

and he just came up too me and told me something that really he shouldnt have told me because i wouldnt really know.

and now he smile and looks at me.

are these signs he likes me? and is he trying to talk to me??????

and also i dont know why he always talks about girls when im there. is he trying to make me jealouse?
