There is a girl in school that looks at me all the time but I havent approached her because I have been too busy with myself. I do look at her and I can tell that she is interested in me but I havent had the guts to approach her. Is it to late to approach a girl and will it be harder if I approach her now then I would the first time I saw her?

Just approach her. It's better than not knowing what it could have been and regret it.
