So... wedding comming up... We actually wanted to do a location wedding, perhaps vegas - we got engaged in vegas, and have vacationed there 4 times, we both love vegas(not like cheap elvis is marrying you vegas) or hawaii; my parents loved the idea, her parents not so much(catholics). They wanted big family wedding. Anyways, my question is, how important is dancing to you girls?

I've never liked dancing. My fiance likes to... I go with her sometimes, she will dance with her girlfriends, or sometimes with me(if I am drunk enough to get out on the floor - not very often though). I don't know I just feel uncomfortable dancing, I kind of know how to, I am not a complete clutz out there, but, I just don't like it.

Anyways, the destination wedding would have been great. Could have choosen whatever we wanted to do after the wedding(of course we would have pre-set this up, but we didn't plan it as we aren't doing it)... but with the traditional reception... lots of dancing... I have gone to four of her family weddings recently(cousins, sister), and at least 2 to 3 hours of the reception everyone(bride and groom included) were dancing... Dancing just isn't something that is fun for me, and it sucks that it is going to be one of the main parts of my wedding day... I know my fiance likes it, and I try to do it for her when I can, but it is just going to make me very anxious at the reception... I don't like being in front of 200 people to begin with...

To me it is a dealbreaker. So I'd say "very important".

If it was a dealbreaker with her, she'd already be gone, but I am amazed for you it is a dealbreaker!

Dancing is just moving, it isn't sex, it doesn't provide for you, it doesn't do anything... Odd it can be so important.

My bf isn't a dancer either and I finally found out that our friends like to dance salsa and we're going to go to some salsa evennings here to learn

I want to teach my bf how to dance like that.
Maybe you both could go to some dancing clubs? like salsa? There should be some latino clubs around you that organise something like this once per week. The one we go to is even for free, people just go and dance

Such dance can teach you to know how to feel the rythm and how to move a bit

Dancing lessons or really to go to a club where is a bunch of latinos. No one will care about how you dance there because everyone will be dancing and having fun. The music is loud,atmosphere is perfect just have to start to feel the ruthm and dance

move you hips on the left and on the right, hold your gf and move

you can then watch others how they do it and try to repeat after them. should be helpfull

I guess lots of woman also put dancing and sex togeher... thinking if a guy can dance he will be good at sex... well while all those a-holes/sluts were out at bars trying to hook up with girls, I was exploring my sexuality(yes, with myself... porn... what else is a horny and non active sexual teen going to do...)... and I'm complete opposite in bed as I am on the dance floor.
