Usually touching will speed up the process greatly! Not necessarly sexual though. I know my GF gets really wet during a back massage, and even wetter during a butt massage... probably more wet than she gets from going straight to oral... kind of like knowing sex is coming, but it is just a massage for now, so she is getting in the mood and getting 'ready' for sex... whereas with oral, your just already there, no time to build up.

Don't really know. It depends on the girl. It only worked on one of my ex's. Compliment her body, how sexy she is, etc. Touching is still the best method.
