    Sexually Transmitted Diseases and saliva

I just had the weirdest dream about kissing a really cute kid named Sergey (don't know any) and then finding out that he had some disease. I remember telling him that I would kill him if he had AIDS.

Are there any STDs out there that could be transmitted by kissing or through saliva/cum/sperm without intercourse?

I know many STD's can be transmitted via blood... so look out for open sores...
