ONLINE relationships and meeting in person*H*E*L*P

    Hello,

I was using this personals page and having no success at all for 3 months... then she found me there, the most gorgeous girl I've met, she is exactly what the doctor ordered, I didn't have to look for her she found me and she enjoys talking to me in fact we IM every single day and for 2 hours sometimes more... we also exchange emails, pictures. We had been keeping it that way for 2 months and saw no need to talk on the phone to keep the mystery going ;0) She lives in Florida so by the time the Hurricanes were hitting that state I lost contact with her for a few days so I received an unexpected call... it was her. She thought I was worried so she decided to call me and let me know she was fine, she has a beautiful voice I must add.

We don't talk on the phone, we are waiting for the day we meet, we are separated by 500 miles but we are going to meet in October. We flirt and say sweet things on IM but the truth is we are both shy and I'm more brave when behind the keyboard if you know what I mean ;0) Of course I'm sure meeting in person is a whole different thing but since we know each other's minds we know how that person thinks... but I'm afraid we may go shy on each other... any advice from any of you? please.

Just be yourself and have fun. I am involved in this too with someone. We are meeting in October also. He lives in Canada and I live in Michigan. I am sure if you have been honest to her and she has been honest to you the whole time everything should go great and good luck to you!

Yes be yourself, try to relax and open up with her - what have you got to lose if you dont? When you're meeting her, remind yourself of conversations you had and remember that if you open up she probably will too, and you'll soon feel comfortable talking to each other. Good luck.

    Holding hands to losen up?

Thanks a lot girls. We say things on IM like: "aww, let me hug you", "aww, here is little kiss" Do you think at this level it would be appropiate if I decide to hold her hand while we walk? I don't think I would go for a kiss but maybe holding hands will be a way for both of us to losen up?

    What's your view on that?

** She loves Romance Novels, shall I ....**

She loves romance novels and she always talks about it... do you think it is a hint for me to come up with something very romantic for our first meeting and swept her off her feet? I could definitely do that :0) I can be very creative when it comes to romance.

Just beware of that fine line between creative/romantic and disgustingly corny.

Dunno if I'd recommend it, but if you're confident you could make it spectacular then by all means, sounds like a good idea.

And you might wanna wash that arm SOMEtime, it'll get kinda nasty.

Yeah, I may need to wash that arm... I'd hate to have to amputate it.

I think I'd dare to do something maybe by the end of the day after I get a better sense of how she would take my plan.
