An old friend;)

When i first moved to arizona i had NO friends.
i was shy and lost so at lunch i sat with the nerdy kids. I learned to love the nerds and they made me come out of my shell.
One guy, who HATED having to sit at the nerd table, was interested in me the most.
His name is Jeff,
and of course him being intersted i me, i started liking him too.
He didnt realize that i liked him back until i kissed him(completely out of the blue) waaay back in 7th grade.
It was both of our first kiss, so it was kind of awkward for the rest of the year.
But luckily in 8th grade we went back to being friends, but shortly after he made some new friends and left the nerd table.


Now after puberty hit him and making it on the football team in highschool, hes not a little nerdy boy anymore, but a full grown man;D
There has always been a "spark" between us since we met.
How can i let him know that that spark is still there?
how can i manage to get him into a realasionship with me?
How do i flirt with someone whose been my friend for years?
