Ok I don't really know how to post this, it's kind of a messed up question with a lot of details. I've been thinking about it and it's kinda bothering me. A girl (18) I've been seeing on and off wants to end up doing the deed here soon and I invite her over and she says she wants a few drinks to "get comfortable". I'm ok with that but let's say it gets out that I bought alcohol for a minor and then we had sex well I'm going to get in big trouble, no? So I have a few options, refuse to buy and tell her to come with a few drinks in her or with her so I'm not buying, and then am I still in trouble if I get ratted out? Or should I just tell her not to drink and then if she does it's on her? I really want to cover my bases here, just so I don't have any trouble come of this, because I pretty much 100% know I'm going to get laid regardless of what I say or do here. I just want to be safe. I'm 24 btw just so you know. What should I do (other than the obvious not having sex) to protect myself?

I take it she still has the v-card...if I were you I'd tell her that you don't want to have sex with her unless she can do it sober...if she has to alter her perception to have sex with you then she isn't ready...its the better choice in the long run if your wanting anything long term with her.

Nah definately not a virgin actually kinda a whore but also an alcoholic. I'm not really looking at a LTR, actually just more a friends with occasional benefits. I just do not want to ruin my life with legal repercussions for one night of steamy sex as I am a rather successful guy.

Well I'm not aware of how the law works in Ohio, but here in Wisconsin there'd be no benefit to her ratting you out, since she would also get a citation for underage drinking. So basically she'd have to admit to drinking the alcohol if she turned you in for providing it. I doubt she'd do that, what would be the point?

She'd also have to prove that you bought it, that she drank what you bought, and that she did it with your consent. That's a tall order. I think you're worrying too much. I also think that referring to her as a whore when she's about to have sex with you is disrespectful, but I digress.
