Fondling, Cuddling, Caressing, and Holding

I have a girlfriend who I love so much. I love just laying there holding her, caressing her, and cuddling. This usually involves me rubbing all over her body, including her breasts, and outer genitalia. I have no intention of having sex, it's just that I like to feel her, and I want to make her relax and feel better.

She often seems to think that I'm trying to get her to have sex, and pushes me away, telling me we can't do it. Sometimes, she'll initiate sex, and then later complain that she only did it because I wanted to, when I didn't really want to, to begin with.

When I do want to initiate sex, I usually just flat out say, "Let's do it," or "I wanna have sex."

What do you ladies think about this?

Ok I'm a guy, but why dont you just say something along the lines of 'Let just lie together for a bit' before you lie down together.
