well... first off, you can always create new friendships. secondly i understand that you are probably more than friend with this guy, and if you're wanting more, then you should tell him so. if you don't, then he'll either make the move himself or get bored with you. now is that a risk that you're willing to take?? life is too short to wait and wait and WAIT.
