I think all you can do is just to leave her alone and let her be.

She is probably still angry and sometimes it can take people a while to get over their anger.

Perhaps you could try reaching out to her and in a month or so, ask her how she is, etc and see if she responds.
But if you get no reply, then there is little else you can do except to accept that she is gone.
