I don't think he's had his trial yet, but he obviously hasn't posted bail or I would have heard from him by now so it seems he's still detained.

Anthony, Im 34 now, and the Squirrley thing, well that explanation is in here somewhere buried. But when I joined this forum, my neighbors daughter was here, and I nicknamed her Squirrley because she was attacked by one, thought it was funnier than hell, but she was standing right here when I joined, hence to think off the top of my head...took her nickname. And for those who know me, thanks to Raver, call me Squirt. I wouldnt change it now, been here for over a year, thats how people know me. So there ya have it!
