No birth control, and she has never been pregnant, this has been ongoing in general. She is pretty clean, she showers almost every day, some days she skips, but this has happened on days she has showered too.

It sounds like she is secreting something from her mammary glands as Vashti pointed out. I seriously doubt that it is the skin on her nipples themselves. Some women react differently to birth control pills (since they are little more than hormones), and perhaps this is the cause of some abnormal mammary gland activity. Tell her to see her doctor about it because it definitely isn't normal. Just curious but does her nipple smell bad after you suck it, and does your breath smell bad BEFORE you suck it?

Like another poster said, make sure you take care of your breath before anything else.
