Another Period Question...

My cycle has been jacked up for as long as I can remember. I just hate being a woman sometimes. I've noticed recently though that when I have my period and have sex (which I'm not huge on doing) but I get dull to almost sharp pains during sex. I think it really depends on the positions, missionary doesn't hurt as bad as me on top. On top I thought I was being stabbed in the uterus with a baseball bat.

I don't have these pains whatsoever during the rest of the month.

Anyone else experience this? And medical types (you Vashti) this sounds stupid but do your organs shift during your period?

I don't know. We don't do a lot with gynecologists on my floor. Do you get regular vaginal exams? Have they ever checked you out for endometriosis?

I do get an exam every year. I had a lot of troubles about 6 years ago and then in high school too with fibroids, I believe thats what it was. I talked to my one physican about it 6 years ago but he talked me out of the laparoscopy saying it was too invasive and was more trouble than it was worth. Since then its been a little more moderate until just now.
