Hi...

i am in my job swich right now, starting completely new feed... Sales in an Insurance Maklers Company... which i never did before... Which i though is nothing for me, since i am shy, dont talk much and get offended if i get a no...

but! i am really excited about people who are good salesperson, who can sale anything to anybody So i want to be one of these people...

I know that all the good skills they have - can be toucht...

Is this right? Sometimes i think, its too hard and maybe i am just really not burn to do this kind of job... But if i want to be anything different like now, i have to start doing different things and tasks i never did before...? Right?

Any thoughts?

well i believe that if you really want something then its possible. if you really want to be a good sales person then you can make it happen. good luck friend!
