if a guy never gets mad, but theres this one girl who can infuriate him what does that mean? And, what does it mean when a guy says he loves you and then ignores you and avoids going near you and does everything to push you away like sayin he hates you?

It could mean nothing or there could be a reason, if it's your partner you are asking about so try and talk with him about it and just ask him why this lady is making him so agitated.
About the love issues - Saying "I love you" isn't always a true indication that someone really feels that way,
Every person has different ways to define what love is and what it feels like when you give it and receive it.
So you should ask yourself - "Do i feel loved by this person"?, if your answer is that he acts like he hates you so i guess he doesn't really understand the meaning and the power of these 3 words.
