my mum gets it real bad [try talking to her with PMs AND kicking a 32-year smoking habit]. apparently taking evening primrose tablets [i think it's one a day like any other vitamin] helps a hell of a lot with mood swings and makes you less likely to get headaches and other stuff related to it all. hope this helps
