I'm a bit confused by statements of bodybuilders in my local gym.
Someone said that too much masturbation keeps your testosterone level low and therefore does not allow your muscles to grow to the maximum. Is that true? It seems to me that masturbation stimulates your testicles to produce more of it. And I don't know if ejaculations cause your blood testosterone level to drop.
For the last 5 years I haven't had 3 consecutive days without an orgasm. Wonder what would happen if I stopped doing it for a long time

Ejaculation doesn't decrease testosterone levels. Seems to me that what is really happening is that the intensity of your workouts is increasing. When you lose the stress release of masturbating, your workouts will be more intense. It isn't related to testosterone at all, it is about the release of endorphins. Your body gets used to the endorphin rush of orgasm, and when you deprive it of that it will look to your workouts to get the same high. You'll be working out at a higher intensity without realizing it.
