    Aside from using grav boots, what's another good way of decompressing the spine?

    epidurals.

    P.S. i mean actual lumbar injections with decompressions and facet blocks. how old are you?

    I want more of a DIY answer. something I can do at home. I'm 31, I do a lot of squats so I want to decompress my spine.
