Most people will say happiness comes from within which is true. But what can you do when a person is battling depression and doesn't have the support to get better?

I'm sorry to hear about your depression. I went through the same thing during the first half of this year. I think what really made me feel better was to go away from my life for a while. I took a break during the summer and just traveled. Being at a new place and away will do you a lot of good.
