How to deal with abuse following breakup?

Ditched my GF last week and she's a bit wierd. Last night she sent me a kind of 'miss you and what we had' text and then today an email full of insults. I'm trying to block her emails but so far with no success. Should I just delete them without reading them? Hard to do because of natural curiosity but hard to feel good after being insulted. Advice please? She obviously hates being ignored which is exactly what I"m doing.

If you can't block the emails, can you just stop checking your email for a few days? Depending on how you receive your emails, you might actually be able to block them if you take a look.
