How to deal with abuse following breakup?
Ditched my GF last week and she's a bit wierd. Last night she sent me a kind of 'miss you and what we had' text and then today an email full of insults. I'm trying to block her emails but so far with no success. Should I just delete them without reading them? Hard to do because of natural curiosity but hard to feel good after being insulted. Advice please? She obviously hates being ignored which is exactly what I"m doing

It doesn't sound like "abuse" to me, but you already told her how you feel. She's in a very emotional place right now and is hoping you are going to change your mind because she probably feels at the moment she can't live without you. Keep doing what you are doing, don't respond to her if you have already reminded her many times this is what you wanted and she will soon get the message. Hopefully you won't miss her once she stops contacting you though.
