He sounds like a real nice, and respectable guy, so I don't think he will play you or take advantage of you if you show too much interest. I think he went out of his way to impress you. So now that the ice is broken and you both got acquainted, the ball is now in his court to ask you out. He knows you like him because most girls do not go out of their way to ask a guy out. Don't worry guys wish that more girls would step up to approach them first. It's pretty nerve racking for guys....you will see this site filled with threads posted by nervous guys asking "does she like me", "Should I ask her out?" or "how do I go about asking her out?" etc.
