My ex-girlfriend, broken up exactly one week sent me a text picture of her at the lake with a dog, saying how much fun she was having (this was this past saturday)
What does this mean? Why did she do it? Trying to make me jealous?

Think nothing of it. If she is trying to make you jealous, she will be pissed that she didn't get some kind of response.

I doubt she did it to make you jealous. If she had had such a purpose in mind, she would have sent you a pic of her and some other guy.
