The "inbreeding" argument is a red herring that is also a losing argument. If you care at all about keeping incest immoral you'll drop that idea once and for all.

The best argument I know is to lump incest in with authority figures having relations with underlings. In both cases there's an increased risk of manipulation.

Personally, I don't care one bit what other people do with their free time so long as they're not hurting one another. I agree that there should be incest laws, but they should be there to guard against incestuous relationships that are based on manipulation and therefore not truly consensual.

it isn't inbreeding if you don't have a child, you jump to that conclusion when you hear that a brother and sister want to make love, it doesn't mean they are going to have babies.
