be confident
dont stare at tits or vagina
dont sit with your legs wide open

always works for me.

seriously though every girl is different trick is finding one who is single and shows genuine interest in what you have to say, find that and then you wont need to worry about flirting, failing that though I recormend the above formula

Yeah i agree with the above poster. And dont try too hard just be cool. Flirting should just come naturally in conversation, just have fun with her and try to joke and maybe tease her a bit and throw in some compliments.
