This is the first time for me looking for help or advice with my relationship. I find it very very hard actually discussing my feelings.

well then you should specify what kind of person you want to talk to - gender, age, etc

You are asking to talk personally to a stranger, basically posting on here is the same thing as personally talking to a stranger.
We are here to help people all the time post about their sex lives and seriously do you really think we're all gonna know that
