Confidence

Hi girls,

Just a quick one. How important do you find confidence to be in a guy? I'm sort of confident, some times I will be very confident and others I wont so I'm just wondering what you think on this. I'm guessing its gonna be important to you.

I like a guy to be 'quietly' confident. Which means that he's confident, but not an arrogant, cocky big head.

Having confidence doesn't mean one has to be an arrogant dick.

A loudmouth at the bar is talking $h1t to you.
a) Are you confident you can knock his block off?
b) Are you confident that a blowhard boy-man's opinion is irrelevant?

Confident to me is this: A man sho stands there but knows how to chat with men and women alike and shows no signs of obvious awkardness.

Cocky to me is this: think he's hot shit, acts like this and boasts about things never asked about. <--- these guys are easy as hell to spot in my experience. I'm quick to judge these men and 9 times out of 10 I'm dead right.

Confidence is something that you develop over time. You need positive experience to boost your confidence. It's fine that you don't feel as confident sometimes. Better that, than being arrogant!
I like confidence in guys, because it actually makes me more confident about myself and our relationship. It gives impression, that he knows what he is doing, can take care of himself and a girl. A confident guy deals well with problems, mistakes, etc and can laugh at himself. Being self-sufficient, good at conversation also helps. It is easier and feels better to be with a confident guy, so it is important.
