They get a bit too close for comfort and when they are flirting. More touchy feely than normal perhaps, then tend to stare at you and they say flirty stuff that points to they find you attractive/or sometimes subtle sexual inneuendo.

I know when a man is flirting - it's something I sense immediatley. I can tell the difference between a man acting 'normal and friendly' and a one who may have other stuff on his mind.

I also try to get a tad closer to a girl's personal space, after that, if se rejects or moves out I'm done. If not, then a bring up any theme, about her, common interests, anything goes.
I also try to see her more often from that day onwards and obviously I look at her more than normal, taking measurements as we say around here.
