Honestly, I feel a bit overwhelmed and so can not give you an accurate answer.
How many hours do you work out to get THAT? Because I know a guy, whose about the same size as you in the pic with the clever smiley face. I need to start working out, if only to help make me more efficient on the job.
Though, this time of year it helps to have a good layer of fat.
