Drunk feelings?

So I ran into my ex gf last night and she was super smashed because she was celebrating her birthday and I was kinda drunk too. We danced for about 2 hours and made out and she said that she loved me and everything. I ended up staying at her house but not in her bed.(her friend stole my spot. arghh) She was so drunk she passed out as soon as we all got back so we didn't "hang out." This morning she was super sick so I spent most of the time driving people around and taking care of her. I know everything that happened last night was accelerated by the massive drinking. I actually had a great time with her. I want to keep having fun with her like this though but I don't know if she wants to hang out or anything. Should I give this some more time and just play it cool? She barely remembers anything from last night but she remembers some stuff that we did. It didn't seem like she regretted it this morning.

Ok well today she talked to me more than she had since we broke up. She knows it happened and I don' think she had a problem with it.
