    Panic attacks?

    at the moment im not in the best situation and it's left me pretty anxious. When I start to feel overwhelmed (usually in the morning) I begin to gag, it usually lasts between 2-5 minutes yet I never vomit, would these be panic attacks?

    Panic attacks are absolutely overwhelming. While you can have a small one or a strong one, it's usually characterized by hyperventilation, sometimes tunnel vision, and usually feels like you're having a heart attack.

    Whether it's a panic attack or not, you should really talk to a doctor about it if it's recurring and overwhelming. Best of luck - I know it's frightening.

    I suggest seeking help from an NLP Coach or attending an NLP Practitioner course. You can get rid of panic attacks within an hour. Just make sure the coach/trainer is licensed by Richard Bandler, the co-creator of NLP.

    Sounds very like the onset of an anxiety syndrome. I would speak to a therapist or practitioner although there is a lot of self help available out there. NLP is good. As is CBt or Hypnosis. Try getting some solid self belief from Homestudy UK
