lol, Well I can't believe I'm about to say this, but you're wrong. He has every reason to be concerned. She's insecure in the relationship and I believe that's more than enough reason for him to be very concerned.

Six months in to a relationship, I would guess the vast majority of women are insecure. It's one of those things I think you males will need to learn to negotiate.

But I don't mind you disagreeing.
Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

So you're saying they havent been dating long enough for her to feel secure in the relationship yet? Wow, I would hope the vast majority of women are secure enough for a relationship before they enter into one........or is that just the problem in general.

The insecurity doesn't seem to be about the relationship, now that I think about it more. It seems to be more about her own personal insecurity. Sort of a "what is wrong with me that someone will break up with me?" thing. That type of personal insecurity takes a lot of time and care to handle. And it seems that he is handling it well so far.

My first reaction was to ask how his concern is ridiculous, but honestly, yah, it is quite pointless. Her reaction to her dream strikes me as peculiar, but something I've learned about women, not everything they say is worth worrying about.
It's hypothetical, and she's insecure about it, to be honest, nothing you think or say will change her view on her dream, or the fact she used it to threaten.
    Write it off as dribble.

Oh, and pray you don't ever find yourself in a suspicious situation, intentional or not, cause that thought oh hers probably won't go away.
