Even though I find myself insecure, I trust my gf enough that if a guy pops up on her facebook I just ignore it. I mean, they are with me and not him, you know? Now, if they are actively in conversation back and forth or whatever, that is a different story

It's weird. Not so much super bothered by it... maybe a little but that's insecurity not reason speaking and I keep that feeling to myself. Recently his ex posted on my guys FB some shit about happy new year hope you're great, congrats on the engagement blah blah blah. I acutally found that rather amusing seeing how they haven't actually spoken at all in 5+ years.
