don't get your hopes up! me and my boyfriend broke up a few days before my birthday, stopped talking, and I didn't expect him to wish me a happy birthday or anything, and he didn't. I mean, I didn't get disappointed because I didn't expect it. but you should do the same! if you get excited and think he's gonna come through for you, then he doesn't, your day will be ruined. try to stop answering him! or if you do, don't get too involved and get your hopes up thinking things might work out
