By the way, it's every 3rd day so you can let your muscles build up in between.

I try to make it to the day at least 5 days of the week. I run every time and then switch off doing abdominal, leg, and arm exercises after the run. This lets the muscles build up. It just kind of depends on what you're trying to do with your workouts...got to find a plan that is right for you!

get some juice and work out 5 days a week rotating between lower and upper body. got me up to 200 lbs from 160. there is more to it than that but i figure since you are asking here you really dont care.
I got loaded last night on a bottle of gin
And I had a fight with my redneck girlfriend
But when I'm drinkin' I am nobody's friend
Please baby wait for me until they let me out again

Haha if you value your sanity don't get on the juice.
So i threw you the obvious, to see what occurs behind the eyes of a fallen angel, eyes of a tragedy.
    Oh well. Apparently nothing.
    You don't see me.
You don't see me at all.

Giving yourself multiple days to rest isn't necessary if you nail down a routine in which you work certain muscle groups during during each workout. What truly matters is that each muscle has at least 48 hours to recover and rebuild. For example, I could lift legs on monday, and then work my chest tuesday with no adverse effects. In terms of busyness, a magazine article I read recently claimed that the fewest people are at the gym on Wednesdays. I'm sure that varies by gym though!
