    My experience in the food service industry was great! I worked at the university cafeteria, so we'd close after breakfast to clean up for lunch, so I'd take my humongous and multiple plates of breakfast I had previously set aside for myself and I'd sit by the TV and comfortable go to town on all that breakfast. Man, eating it was heaven!

    skye.. .who are you referring to.

    and jane.. it's really weird because usually chef's don't work double shifts. they might put in way over 40 hours, but i thought all your shifts were straight?? and don't you get a lunch break?? damn how many times have i pulled doubled without getting more than a 5 mintue break inbetween my shifts.
