Whole milk or skim?

You prefer whole, 2%, 1%, or skim?

Me? I prefer whole, but 2 and 1 are good. Skim is just nasty. I've tried vanilla flavored soy but my face turned something like this>

i dont drink milk, ive always thought it was gross, plus it makes my stomach hurt.

i drink skim milk.. it's a lot healthier. 2 and even 1 percent has a lot of fat. usually doctors recommend that you give your children 2 percent, but during the teenage years, everyone should switch to skim. and people wonder why our nation has the fattest people.

I think everybody knew why we have the fattest people. In any case I used to be fat, but decided I didn't want to be anymore, and I wasn't. Problem solved. It's just a matter of how much you care. Given, there are some that try their damndest without much results. I still drink whole and keep off the lard.

I grew up with skim so I've always liked it, then when I drink milk with 2% milkfat it just tastes extra tasty but I still stick to skim for drinking on a regular basis so I don't get used to fattier milks.

My family also buys 2%, but whenever they ask ME to get the milk cause we're out, I get skim. I prefer it. Plus, I figure even if only a little, it's still a little better for you than 1 or 2 percent.

i really like whole milk but 2% is ok. The thing i hatethe most is warm milk., the smell makes me wanna throw up!!!!!
