I didn't realize religions other than Judaism gave religious names... What does Adrianna mean?

I needed to choose a name of a Christian Saint . I have found a polish website where you could read short description of names ,related saints, meaning etc ... I choose mine,cause I thought the meaning fits me

PS. If I could I would choose Joanna again,cause it`s a pretty name and I have a cool saint that represents my name - Joan D'arc

[Edit] Is the biblical name usually the reason for having a second middle-name? I always knew that one of my middle names was from a great-grandfather, but always wondered about the second one - Julius. If I ever change my name I'll definitely use that one
