I've been in love with my niece for a while so I've actually spent alot of time thinking about and reading up on this. The truth is that unless birth defects run in your family the chances are the same as with total strangers, EVEN WITH YOUR SISTER. which I think is sick btw 'cuz my sister is sent by the devil. And aside from gentics, what the crap does it matter if you're family? it's just a word and as long as there are no genetic problems it's EXACTLY thesame as any other relationship.
