What is wrong with this guy?

I been dating for about almost 3 months now and everything is great. Couple weeks ago he asked me to be his girlfriend and I said I needed more time because you know I met him online.

He kinda ignored me after that and when I imed him on AIM chat, he never really responded to me so I stopped aiming him. Then he suddenly aimed me and started talking to me again. he told me he spoke to his ex just now and he said he hates his ex and they ended arguing. but yea. So we started chatting again.

And just yesterday after he signed out, he signed back on and I asked him why did he sign back on and I said him I thought he was going to bed. And i just said u suck like we always say. And he said NO!! YOU DO!!! and signed off. He did not aim me all morning and then an hour ago he said HI and after that no response....

What is this suppose to mean? He aimed me first and doesn't have anything else to say???

This is why I hate IM'ing, because even harmless statements can be misunderstood. You'd probably be better off not initiating conversations with this guy or trying to have any kind of relationship because he is having issues with his ex and may be looking to you for an emotional rebound. If you let him treat you like crap then he will.

Yup, when they say they hate the ex, it usually means they love them still.
