Hello everyone,
This is my first time joining a forum like this. The reason I decided to do it is because I am having serious relationship issues. I, like many, dealt with a really bad breakup. Unfortunately, it has been effecting my current relationship. I'm hopping that I can get some good advice or be pointed to the right direction. It's something that I really want to resolve because it is causing me to be very unhappy in my life in general. I look forward to having some great discussion with you all.

Unfortunately, we always bring bagage from our old relationships to the new ones. You will find yourself having dealing with your new partner the same as the old which is unfair. Two different people. Therefore you must make a concious effort to tear down your walls from the old trash of that relationship. Good luck!
