    substitute it with another activity - boxing, swimming, dancing, etc.
    mix it up. don't stick to one activity for a long time. shift from activity to activity every week or every month.
    try to have some friends with you.
    get a treadmill for your house and whenever you watch tv, instead of sitting there, get on the treadmill.

    other than that, just get up and do it.

    First help yourself. Change your mind set. Go get some resources on how to do it. There are lots of them out there.
