I try to look online but I always find different answers, not all questions are answered, etc. But for starters I'm 5'9 and average, not over weight but not skinny even though my friends say I'm skinny. I tend to eat mainly vegetarian, occasionally I'll eat chicken or fish but not much, it helps me eat less. Daily I consume around 1200-1800 calories, sometimes I'll eat junk but again rarely but I still try to keep under 1800 calories. Right now I weigh give or take 175 which I'm fine with but I want to weigh 165 OR just be more toned, less flabby.

I used to be a lot heavier because I ate too much fast food too often, but I dropped most of the fat and all my older clothes are big on me now. I started walking almost every day for at least an hour, but usually close to two hours. I also ride my fix gear for about a half hour. Or if its nice out I'll ride for 15 minutes before I walk.

The problem is my stomach shrank a lot BUT nothing else, or at least not as noticeable. My love handles are still big which looks awkward with a smaller stomach, my chest is a little flabby and my thighs are kinda big so how can I tighten my body up more? I really don't have the money to go to a gym or the room for equipment (I'd like an eliptical honestly) so is sticking to walking and bike riding good for toning my upper body as well? Or what else would be effective?
