Have you ever looked around you,
Searching for that perfect person,
The one that completes you,
That makes you smile no matter what,
Makes your heart race and you skin tingle,
Sometimes people only find that once,
And if they lose it,
They cannot find it again,
But that isn't me,
I thought I would never feel this way again,
When he died,
I died,
But you brought me back to life,
You made me breathe again,
Made me feel alive,
And I know you care for me,
You love me,
And I love you,
I didn't expect this,
But the unexpected is always welcome,
Always home to me,
I'm so glad we have each other,
And when you aren't there to hold me,
I miss you,
I crave you,
And I never want to lose you,
This may seem silly,
Stupid,
or even strange,
but you are my world,
I didn't expect this,
But I love you.
