Wife and I have GREAT sex but 99.9% of the time I am the one that ignites the "act" or "aggression"
I am assuming that it is just her personality. Or could I be wrong. Would love for her to be the aggressor on occasion. Ideas? I have mentioned to her but did not want to hurt her feelings.

I would suggest talking to her about it, but be careful how you do it. You don't want to say things like 'why don't you initiate' or 'why am I the only one who initiates' but go with things in a much more playful way. Maybe tell her about a daydream or fantasy you have that involves her initiating or being a bit more aggressive. Her reaction to a small statement will help you to know how to proceed from there. You can go into more specific details about what you would like for her to do and also be sure that you are encouraging her to be confident with herself and sexually with you. Also, be sure that you are let her know how much you enjoy being with her and be sure that you are doing things to help get her in the mood. Depending on how busy she is, sex can become another thing on the To Do list or there may be other things going on. Have things always been this way?
