I think a good personality is comprised of being able to listen, the ability to get along with all types of people regardless of age, gender, race etc, being interested in the other person and being interesting yourself.
Some people are drains and some are radiators... Keep clear of the drains and hug the radiators!

I think a good personailty is a nice, easy going person, who doesnt get spiteful or jealous. Isnt rude, nasty or disrespectful. A happy, fun person to be around is my idea of a good personality.
